Shipping Policy

At The Sealed Shelf, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Shipping is all calculated at checkout, directly by Royal Mail. Shipping is free for orders over £55.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the next working day.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and selected delivery method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Packaging

All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
For collectible products, we take extra care to protect sealed items during transit.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
